Adirmont Real Estate, LLC is a full-service real estate agency with offices in Orwell and Brandon, VT.

Adirmont Real Estate was established in Orwell, VT in the spring of 2016, by Broker/Owner, Stephanie Corey, A year later, Stephanie was joined by her first agent, Theresa Ouellette, and together they worked hard at growing the business.  Amy Quenneville joined the firm later that year.  In the fall of 2017, Theresa convinced Stephanie to purchase an office building in Brandon where they opened Adirmont’s seconds office, with Theresa at the helm as broker in charge.  The summer of 2018 brought two more new agents to the Brandon office, Denise Scarborough and Steve Quinn, bringing the Adirmont team to 5, and giving the firm a strong position in the Addison and Rutland County region.  Then, in 2018,  the Addison County Board of Realtors®  named  Stephanie Corey  Realtor® of the Year!

How do you pronounce ADIRMONT, and what does it mean anyway?
Our Orwell, Vermont office can be found at the top of Raymond Hill Road, on a private drive called ADIRMONT DRIVE

which enjoys a Vermont blanket of Green Mountains as a backdrop and long range views of Lake Champlain and

New York's Adirondack Mountains.

With  plans to expand our services to the New York side of the lake soon too, ADIRMONT was a fitting name for both

the private road and the agency.  Therefore, ADIR = Adirondack and MONT = Vermont, hence Adirmont Real Estate!

welcome to adirmont real estate

Let's face it, for most people, buying or selling real estate will be the single largest financial transaction they will ever make.  The process requires making a lot of critical decisions, dealing with negotiations, working with lenders and attorneys.  Reality TV may make it look like all a real estate agent has to do is unlock the door and make a couple phone calls and presto you've sold your home or found a new one and your moving in!

But, let's get real, it's not at all like that.  This is Vermont....this is RURAL Vermont, and you've got to be willing to be patient and persistent to find that right home or the right buyer for your home.  You can try to go it alone or work with a professional. Either way, the stakes are high... choosing the right agency to work with is key.

Our associates are experienced real estate professionals ready to assist you with buying or selling your next home.
